We are excited to share the highlights of our 2024 journey with you. This past year has been a testament to the power of community, collaboration, and commitment to creating lasting change. Our 2024 Year in Review report, themed "Reflecting on Impact, Shaping Tomorrow," encapsulates the strides we've made and the vision we hold for the future.

We are sharing these highlights because we believe in being open and celebrating the amazing teamwork that fuels our mission. Reflecting on our impact helps us shape the future we all dream of for every Marinduqueño. This report isn’t just about our achievements; it’s a heartfelt tribute to everyone who has been part of our journey.

Key Highlights:

2,408 TVET training hours in Agricultural Crops Production NC II, Barista NC II, and Plant Crops short course, along with our highest to date TESDA-funded scholarships provided to 250 Marinduqueños.
Sustainable Livelihood Programs supported 332 community-based beneficiaries, providing long-term, eco-friendly economic opportunities through free skills training, access to resources, and sustainable practices.
Environmental projects saw the collection and planting of 2,505 native tree seedlings and agricultural crops, and the gathering of 151 Kalikasan volunteers.
Collaborations with partners led to us becoming a coconut-based learning site for agriculture, the building of a TVET classroom for farmers, work immersion programs with senior high school agriculture students, and a continuing university-led smarm farming Capstone project.
