WHAT WE DO
Agriculture, Environment, and Community Growth for Every Marinduqueño
Kaluppâ Foundation leads programs that strengthen agriculture, protect the environment, and support community learning through practical, hands-on initiatives.
Kalikasan, Lupa, at Pamayanan — Nature, Earth, and Community — is our compass. We advance people’s lives by caring for the land, building practical skills, and growing dignified livelihoods in rural communities.
Kaluppâ Foundation advances people and communities through practical, grounded, and community embedded programs in agriculture, education, livelihood, and environmental care. Guided by Kalikasan, Lupa, at Pamayanan, our work creates real opportunities for learning, earning, and restoring the places we call home.
Growing Food, Skills, and Opportunities Through Sustainable Agriculture
Kaluppâ Foundation strengthens Marinduque’s food systems through hands on agricultural training, demonstration farms, and regenerative technologies. Our programs include crop production, nursery operations, organic fertilizer making, vermicomposting, and community-based AgriTech workshops designed to improve yields and reduce farm expenses.
These initiatives empower farmers and households with practical, low cost solutions rooted in sustainable agriculture.
Skills That Uplift Families and Strengthen Communities
Our community programs bring accessible, practical trainings directly to barangays—including heritage crafts, micro enterprise skills, and livelihood workshops for farmers, women, youth, and solo parents. Through short, hands on sessions, participants learn income generating skills such as basket weaving, soap making, and food processing that can be applied immediately at home.
Kaluppâ designs these programs to spark small enterprises and expand household earning opportunities.
Protecting Nature and Restoring Marinduque’s Landscapes
Kaluppâ Foundation leads volunteer-driven environmental efforts, including native tree propagation, landscape rehabilitation, and coastal and community cleanups. Through these activities, we help restore ecosystems, mobilize civic participation, and integrate climate-conscious practices into everyday community life.
Our work strengthens environmental stewardship across the island province.
Free Skills Training for Marinduqueños Seeking Better Futures
As a TESDA registered technical vocational institution, Kaluppâ Foundation offers free, competency based training and assessment in Agriculture and Tourism. Programs such as Agricultural Crops Production NC II, Agroentrepreneurship, and Barista NC II open pathways to employment, national certification, and small enterprise development for rural learners.
Our TVET school prioritizes accessible education that transforms potential into opportunity.
Kaluppâ Foundation operates in the island province of Marinduque, a small, heart shaped island at the center of the Philippine archipelago. Often called “The Heart of the Philippines,” the province sits in Region IV B (MIMAROPA) and is reachable through a 6–8 hour land and ferry journey from Metro Manila. Marinduque has six municipalities and a largely agricultural landscape, making it an ideal home for community based learning, farming innovation, and grassroots development.
Help fund and scale programs that work: TVET scholarships, the Kaluppâ SOIL Facility, Community Based AgriTech, native tree restoration, and Digital Literacy for rural families. Let’s build healthier soils, stronger livelihoods, and a more sustainable Marinduque—together.
