Scholarship applicants wishing to enroll in any of our offered course should possess the following entry qualifications:
Must be a Filipino citizen,
At least 18 years of age by the end of the training program. Note that some scholarship programs, such as the Special Training for Employment Program (or STEP) allows 15 year old applicants,
Must not be a current beneficiary of any other government-funded educational scholarship program,
Able to read and write,
With good moral character,
Able to communicate, can read and write, and
Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer or by our in-house medical professional
All applicants wishing to avail of any scholarship are required to submit the following documents:
Photocopy of PSA issued Birth Certificate,
Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married women applicants),
Photocopy of Elementary or High School card / Form 137, or Photocopy of College Diploma,
Photocopy of any one (1) valid government-issued ID, such as Driver's License, Passport, PRC Card, UMID, Voter's ID, PWD Card, 4Ps ID, Barangay ID, Barangay Certification, Senior Citizen ID, etc.
Medical Certificate issued by Public Health Officer or by our in-house medical professional

Yes. Kaluppâ Foundation is a TESDA-accredited Competency Assessment Center for Agricultural Crops Production NC II. All TESDA scholars in Kaluppâ are entitled to a free mandatory assessment after their training.
To attain the National Certification, the candidate must demonstrate competence in all the units listed for the relevant qualification. Successful candidates shall be awarded a National Certificate signed by the TESDA Director General.
Assessment Fees are based on the latest TESDA-approved Schedule of Fees. Below are the approved assessmeng fees for the following qualifications offered in Kaluppâ Foundation.
Agricultural Crops Production NC II - Php 995.00
Plant Crops leading to Agricultural Crops Production NC II - Php 844.00
Yes. Kaluppâ Foundation accepts walk-ins and non-TESDA scholars for competency assessment, subject to the availability of slots, schedule, and competency assessor.
Note that all TESDA scholars enrolled in Kaluppâ Foundation shall proceed to the FREE and MANDATORY competency assessment right after their training.
As of writing, Kaluppâ Foundation is registered as an assessment center only for Agricultural Crops Production NC II.
For walk-ins and non-TESDA scholars, here are the steps.
Visit Kaluppâ Foundation and apply for assessment.
Submit the following documentary requirements:
Duly accomplished Application Form;
Properly and completely filled-out Self Assessment Guide of your chosen qualification;
Note: Secure a copy of the Assessment Application Form and Self Assessment Guide from Kaluppâ Foundation.
Three (3) pieces of colored and passport size picture, white background, with collar and with name printer at the back;
Pay the Assessment Fee at the Assessment Center Cashier and get Official Receipt and Admission Slip.
Be present at the scheduled date and assigned venue of assessment indicated in the Admission Slip. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOUR ADMISSION SLIP ON YOUR ASSESSMENT DATE.
Have the TESDA representative capture your picture and e-signature on site, and provide a working email address.
Proceed to assessment.
Get the Competency Assessment Result Summary (CARS) at the Assessment Center.
If you passed the assessment, your National Certificate shall be emailed to you within a few days.
