By accessing or using www.kaluppa.org (“Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please cease using the Site immediately.

KFI may modify or revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All content on the Site — including the Kaluppâ Foundation logo, text, articles, project descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, videos, audio files, illustrations, layout, and all other media (collectively, “Site Materials”) — is owned by or licensed to Kaluppâ Foundation based on your uploaded terms document. 

KFI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site Materials for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only. This license may be revoked at any time at the discretion of KFI.

You are NOT permitted to:

• claim ownership or intellectual property rights over any Site Materials

• reproduce, copy, store, download, distribute, modify, alter, or create derivative works from any Site Materials

• publicly display, publish, or transmit any Site Materials without written permission

• use Site content for commercial, institutional, or organizational purposes

• employ bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or content

• use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

• download Site content except for standard browser caching

If you wish to quote, excerpt, republish, or reference any portion of the Site — including articles, stories, program descriptions, or other written content — you must obtain prior written consent.

You may create a text-only, non-commercial link to the Site provided it does not depict Kaluppâ Foundation in a false, misleading, or derogatory manner and does not appear on sites containing harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. This permission may be revoked at any time.

TVET enrollment procedures — including schedules, requirements, screening processes, and documentation — may change at any time without prior notice.

The Site may not always reflect the most current information. For updates, users should contact the Kaluppâ TVET administrative office.

TVET scholarship availability depends on factors such as funding, donor commitments, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.

Scholarships may be revised, limited, paused, or discontinued without prior notice, and KFI is not liable for expectations based on previous information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

All disputes shall be filed exclusively in competent Philippine courts based on your original terms document content. 

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Failure by KFI to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
