Kaluppâ Foundation is a TESDA-registered technical-vocational institution offering free skills training, assessment, and scholarships for priority sectors in Agriculture and Tourism (Hotel and Restaurant).
Through the support of government partners, private organizations, and community advocates, we provide accessible, quality, and industry-relevant training designed to uplift rural livelihoods and help Filipinos build future-ready skills.

Kaluppâ Foundation offers the following TESDA-registered qualifications under the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sector:
Agricultural Crops Production NC II is a competency-based TESDA qualification that trains learners to establish, maintain, and harvest crops through practical, hands-on farm operations using safe, efficient, and sustainable methods.
Agroentrepreneurship NC II is a TESDA qualification that trains learners to develop, launch, and manage small agri-based enterprises by combining practical agricultural knowledge with fundamental business planning, financial management, and marketing skills.
Organic Agriculture Production NC II is a TESDA qualification that trains learners to produce crops, livestock, and organic inputs using safe, sustainable, and chemical-free farming methods grounded in ecological and community-based practices.
Tourism remains one of the top employment generators in the Philippines. According to TESDA, it consistently ranks among the sectors with the highest number of TVET graduates and employment opportunities.

Kaluppâ Foundation offers the following Tourism qualification:
Barista NC II is a TESDA qualification that trains learners to prepare espresso-based beverages, operate café equipment, and deliver professional, customer‑centered service in real-world hospitality settings.
✔ Who Can Apply
Applicants must be:
A Filipino residing in the Philippines
At least 18 years old by the end of the training program
Some programs accept applicants aged 15 and above
Not a current beneficiary of another government-funded educational scholarship
📄 Documentary Requirements
Submit 1 photocopy each of the following:
PSA Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate (for married women)
Elementary/High School Card or Form 137, or College Diploma
Any government-issued ID
Medical Certificate issued by Kaluppâ Foundation
4pcs 2x2, 4pcs 1x1 size, and 2pcs Passport-size pictures. and
1 pc. long brown envelope
Kaluppâ Integrated Farm
A live, working farm that serves as the primary learning laboratory for all Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (AFF) programs. It includes:
Crop Production Area – Demonstration plots for vegetable, cereals, root crops, and perennial crops
Nursery & Propagation Area – For hands-on training on seedling production, plant propagation, and nursery management
Composting & Organic Fertilizer Station – Used for training in soil management and organic agriculture practices
Tool & Equipment Shed – Houses farm tools and equipment required for Agricultural Crops Production NC II
Post-Harvest Area – For sorting, cleaning, storing, and packaging produce
Coffee and Beverage Training Lab
A dedicated space designed to simulate actual café operations, equipped with:
Professional espresso machines
Coffee grinders
Milk steaming and latte art stations
Manual brewing equipment (pour-over, French press, AeroPress, etc.)
Food service tools and café workstations
Training counter for customer service simulations
This facility is aligned with TESDA’s Barista NC II requirements for hands-on coffee preparation and café operations.
