Rolando Parreño's passion for farming, nurtured on his family's copra farm, led him to pursue the Agricultural Crop Production (ACP) NC II course at TESDA and Kaluppâ Foundation. After working abroad as a welder, he returned to manage his brother's land, applying skills from the TVET program.
Hands-on training in vermicomposting, pest management, and organic fertilizer production transformed their farm into a thriving business. The ACP NC II certification was crucial to his success, enabling him to supply fresh produce to the community. As a DA-ATI accredited coconut-based learning site for agriculture, we are establishing a 500 sqm coconut nursery in the Kaluppâ Integrated Farm in Santa Cruz, Marinduque that aims to enhance the local supply of quality coconut seedlings using locally-sourced seed nuts and high-yield varieties. As of 25 May 2024, our farmers and agriculture scholars have already collected 500+ coconut seedlings. Read more...

We welcome our newest Senior High School Work Immersion Program (WIP) participants! The six Grade 12 students from the Paciano A. Sena Memorial High School of Tabionan, Gasan, Marinduque are all currently enrolled in the Horticulture program under the Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) Strand. Ka Ramon is a former TESDA Iskolar ng Bayan and a student in the very first batch of Agricultural Crops Production NC II at the Kaluppâ Foundation and is a full-time farmer in Barangay Kilo-kilo, Santa Cruz, Marinduque. The 2023 Success Stories of Graduates showcased the skills and talents of tech-voc trainees acquired in trainings, shared the successes of TESDA graduates, and promoted tech-voc in Marinduque.
