In today's technology-driven world, digital literacy has become a fundamental skill that empowers individuals from all sectors to navigate and thrive in the digital age. Made possible through a partnership with DICT Marinduque and TESDA Marinduque, this 2-day hands-on computer literacy program is designed to provide Filipinos in rural communities access to digital technology and to equip them with up-to-date computer skills necessary for them to thrive in an intensely competitive job market.

Digital content is important because it is a way to reach and engage with your target audience in a way that traditional media cannot. With so much information available online, it is important more than ever to have high-quality content that will capture people's attention and keep them coming back for more. This training will enable the participants to bring their A-game with top-notch stuff, tried and tested techniques, and best practices, to win their online audience's trust.

We and our partners believe in what local communities of women can accomplish. That is why we carry out projects aimed at enhancing their economy by creating a sustainable opportunity for productive work and decent income especially for moms and solo parents in poor communities. We believe that by strengthening their local community and providing them with opportunities, we can develop more entrepreneurs, create jobs, generate income, and in the future improve their livelihood and community as a whole.
We and the Rotary Club of Metro Valenzuela believe in what the local community of women in Barangay Buyabod, Santa Cruz, Marinduque can accomplish. That is why we carried out a project aimed at enhancing their economy by creating a sustainable opportunity for productive work and decent income especially for women, and strengthening their local community by the development of more entrepreneurs.
We gathered 26 local women, almost all of them solo parents and 4Ps-member* mothers, in a 2-day project we called “‘Sang Patak na Ideya, Kabuhayan ay Kayang-kaya: Matuto, Gumawa, at Kumita” where they were taught how to make affordable dishwashing liquid which they can sell locally. READ MORE...

Empowering the youth sector is crucial for sustainable development because young people not only represent a significant demographic force but also embody the innovation, energy, and resilience necessary to tackle global challenges such as climate change, poverty, and inequality. Camp Kaluppâ is a stay-in workshop designed for our youth sector and will touch base on issues related to mental health, career building, communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, critical thinking, and time management, among others.

Basket weaving is a very unique cultural craft as it not only allows the creation of everyday useful objects, it also transmits important artistic knowledge and practical skill from one generation to another.
Our local trainer, Angela Real, has been weaving several types of baskets ever since she was a child. Now 89, she's agreed to take on the challenge of teaching the "younger ones" the art of basketry using traditional and indigenous materials.
The art of basket weaving can also enrich one's life with creativity and provide participants with a sense of accomplishment. It allows individuals to connect with a community of farmers and other basket weavers and create something unique on their own.
Thank you po, Lola Angie, for teaching us your trade! Her valuable contribution will from now on be incorporated as an add-on skills training into our Agricultural Crops Production NC II course as well as in our farm harvest and postharvest operations.
