Kaluppâ offers free and accessible TVET
We are a TESDA-registered tech-voc institution offering free scholarships in various agriculture and tourism training programs*.

Kaluppâ Foundation offers programs registered with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and provides free technical-vocational trainings and assessment.
These TESDA-funded programs are provided free to applicants who complied with all the scholarship requirements.

"In the span of five years, the sectors with the most number of enrolled and graduates of TVET are from Tourism (Hotel and Restaurant). The highest employment growth rates between 2008 and 2018 were in service industries. Accommodation and food services (tourism) also had very high employment growth rates during this period."

"The distributional pattern of TVET graduates across sectors has not changed since the 2016 survey. In 2020, Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishery is the top sector (21.64%) as the choice of TVET clients. Followed by Tourism sector (16.08%). Tourism is a female-dominated sector while in male Agriculture Forestry and Fishery sector were its counterparts.."

Kaluppâ Foundation offers short training courses from time to time. In partnership with various government, non-government organizations, advocates, and donors, we have created a portfolio of short-term, community-based, area-specific, and demand-driven trainings, taught by expert resource speakers from various industries.

Scholarship Requirements
To qualify for a TESDA scholarship in Kaluppâ Foundation, you must be:
a Filipino living in the Philippines
at least 18 years of age by the end of the training program the applicant is applying for, (some scholarship programs allow 15 year old applicants), no age limit,
must NOT be current beneficiary of any other government-funded educational scholarship program.
Documentary requirements are as follows:
Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate,
Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (for married women applicants),
Photocopy of Elementary or High School card / Form 137, or Photocopy of College Diploma,
Photocopy of any government-issued ID,
Medical Certificate issued by Kaluppâ Foundation, and
1 pc long brown envelope
